We ship via DPD or FedEx and provide a tracking number, allowing you to track the estimated delivery time.
• Sofas & Beds: 7–10 days
• Italian Bedroom Furniture: 3–4 weeks

Important Delivery Information for Flats
If you live in a flat/apartment and the delivery requires items to be carried upstairs, please notify us before placing your order or mention this in the order notes.
If we are not informed in advance, delivery will be made to kerbside only, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to move the items upstairs.

Delivery Notice – Important Information
At Elite Ambient Interiors, we strive to ensure that all items are delivered inside the customer’s home whenever possible. However, we would like to clarify the following important points regarding delivery and handling:
1. “Handle with Care” Service:
All items will be delivered to the customer’s chosen room with care. However, drivers will not assist with moving or rearranging existing furniture. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure clear and safe access to the desired room prior to delivery.
2. Access Requirements:
Please ensure that the delivery pathway (hallways, doorways, staircases, etc.) is clear and accessible. If the delivery team is unable to safely access the desired location, the item will be left at the nearest accessible point.
3. Damage Liability:
While our third-party courier partners are insured and trained to handle items with care, Elite Ambient Interiors is not liable for any damage to your property (including flooring, walls, ceilings, or fixtures) that may occur during delivery.Any damage claims must be directed to the courier company, who are covered by their own business insurance for such incidents.
4. Customer Handling Option:
Should you prefer, you may instruct the delivery driver to leave the item outside your property, allowing you to bring it inside yourself. Please ensure you have adequate assistance for this.
