Elite Ambient Interiors is committed to supplying quality furniture and home furnishings.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, eligible products include a 3-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty begins on the date your order is delivered.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers manufacturing defects including:

• Structural defects.
  
•  Faulty workmanship.
  
• Manufacturing faults in materials.
  
• Defective components supplied by the manufacturer.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
  
• Accidental damage.
  
• Misuse or abuse.
  
• Improper assembly or installation by the customer.
  
• Commercial use where products are intended for domestic use only.
  
• Damage caused by pets.
  
• Water damage, heat damage or exposure to excessive sunlight.
  
• Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, please provide:

• Your order number.
  
• Proof of purchase.
  
• Photographs of the issue.
  
• A description of the fault.

Warranty Resolution

Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, we may, at our discretion:

• Repair the product.
  
• Replace the defective part.
  
• Replace the product.
  
• Offer an appropriate refund where repair or replacement is not possible.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not limit those rights.
