Shipping policy

The courier driver has an option to leave straightaway if delays are occurred if customers is not available.
 additional charges to be applied for any delay made by the customer as other deliveries are scheduled and your item would be redelivered for another day with additional delivery charges . 

Your delivery TIME may vary on the day depending on traffic and other 3rd party delays.

NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS : If you live in flat please let us after placing the order as we have to inform courier otherwise delivery only be ground floor.  Courier driver can denied to take item upstairs if not informed us in advance. 

and it’s customer responsibility to take items upstairs.

Health and Safety is Paramount and CLEAR access needs to be given if you require assistance.Any steps,lifts or awkward access this would be done curb side and is the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements, above all the driver will aim to assist depending on the access and time, please try to have your driveway clear or make suitable parking arrangements for a Large Van.

Any violence or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
