Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by Elite Ambient Interiors. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Any difference in price must be paid before the replacement item is dispatched.
