What you need to know about the Arial dining Table : 

1.5m: 150cm length x 76cm Height x 90cm Width

1.8m: 180cm length x 76cm Height x 90cm Width, Marble : 180kg

2m: 200cm length x 76cm Height x 100cm Width

The height refers to the measurements taken with a glass top. Marble top is approx. 3cm thicker so would be 3cm higher than the dimensions given above.  

*There may be occasionally a few cm variance in dimensions

1. Our 30-Day Returns Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

* Be returned in the original packaging.
* Include all parts, accessories, manuals, and instructions supplied with the product.
* Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described:

* Custom-made or personalised products.
* Special-order items.
* Products that have been assembled.
* Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or modification caused by the customer.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

3. How to Request a Return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by Elite Ambient Interiors. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If your refund is approved:

* The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
* Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
* Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is faulty.

6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

* Photographs of the product.
* Photographs of the packaging.
* Photographs showing any damage or defects.

After reviewing your request, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, colour, or variation, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Any difference in price must be paid before the replacement item is dispatched.

8. Product Assembly

Please inspect all products carefully before assembly.

Assembled products may not be eligible for return if they cannot be restored to their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
